A TWO DAY JOURNEY INTO THE YEAR OF THE RABBIT (2011)

Join us for the 5th annual Threshold event celebrating the Chinese New Year! The event brings awareness and support to the Portland Artist Clinic, a volunteer organization providing community-based, integrative primary care and urgent health care services to Portland artists and musicians who are unable to attain health insurance or who lack access to primary care through their existing insurance.

Throughout the years, Random Rab has shared the bill with various artists including Bassnectar, Les Claypool, Thievery Corporation, and Crystal Method. He is well known for his amazing crowd interaction and his epic sunrise sets at festivals. Rab has performed at festivals such as Coachella, Symbiosis, Shambhala, and Lighting in a Bottle. Random Rab’s exceptional style will take you on a journey filled with original vocals, drum machines, sequencers, samplers, and rare instruments into an eclectic dreamland of music like you have never experienced before. The highly anticipated release of his 5th album is due early 2011.

Plastician is one of the UK's leading underground DJ's, hailing from Croydon - famous for it's shopping centre and Dubstep! The FWD resident and Rinse FM veteran is also known for his unique production style, which has seen him work with the likes of Lethal Bizzle, M.I.A., The Black Ghosts, JME, Skepta, Wiley, Kosheen and a whole host of other vocalists. Specialising in the Dubstep and Grime genres, Plastician is one of the few DJ's to truly bridge the gap between the styles.
